Lindsay and Scott at Oceancliff Part Three

Posted by Mariah, Photos by Trish and Melissa

Now that all that snuggling is over it's time to head downstairs for the super sparkly party.

Ta-da! A winter wonderland.

She was going for a silver and sparkly feel, I think that was acheived!

Beautiful arrangements by Stoneblossom.

Snowflake cake. Mmmmm.

These square wreaths in the background were really fun!

Those little grey fuzzy pom things in the arrangements are so cool!

All of the tables were named after famous Newport landmarks, the photos of each were all snowy scenes, very clever!

The snowflake was a running theme...

Lindsay checking out the ballroom before everyone enters...

I love a vision realized!

How happy and cute are these two?

They look like they are having so much fun.

Too bad Scott is having such a bad time!

These two are really in love, and it shows!

Hold it... hold it....

A perfect ten.

This detail on her dress was so amazing!

Don't you wish your hubby would look at you like this everyday?

Twinkly and romantical.

Wouldn't it be funny if it was an ice cream cake...appropriate but not very practical.

And of course, a beautiful last photo. Trish's signature closer!

Each guest got to take home some beautiful and delicous gingerbread snowflake cookies...

Lindsay and Scott at OceanCliff Part Two

Posted by Mariah, Photos by Trish & Melissa

Trish thinks Lindsay looks like a sparkly little snowball against this grey backdrop... she wishes Lindsay walked a little slower for the sake of the photos, but for the sake of frostbite she needed to hurry.

Safe inside... Lindsay is doing a little deep breathing for the nerves...

Big moment #2! Scott sees Lindsay for the first time. Hopefully this is the reaction she was hoping for!

I think so!

Emmanuel Church, so gorgeous!

Such a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony.

It's funny how it really FEELS like winter, so cozy and festive.

The I do's.

They did it!

Love this little series.

A fun and funky little spot. The background looks like a retro- screen. Love it.

The gang.

Everyone looks normal, but it was seriously FREEZING! Thanks ladies!

Love the night time photos... very dramatic, although very cold. Excellent lighting by the fab Melissa.

Mr & Mrs... classic!

Time to head back to Oceancliff. If this isn't the best moody winter photo I don't know what is!

Trish caught this great photo before Lindsay made a dash for it... too cold! Good thing Trish is a quick snapper with nimble fingers!

Warming up a little inside...

Well, pop me in a silver frame and stick me on the mantle!
Having a little fun.

Catching up to the 21st century...

No shortage of romance here.

They'll get back downstairs sooner or later, so stay tuned for the reception!

Lindsay and Scott at OceanCliff Part One

Posted by Mariah

Since I was laying on a sunny beach while Trish and Melissa were hard at work photographing Lindsay and Scott's wedding... the least I can do is to help out with the blogging. It's so much fun to blog for someone else... because I wasn't there, every photo is a surprise. Lindsay and Scott planned a very wintery, very sparkly, very fabulous wedding.

Bouquets by Stoneblossom- so simple and lovely.

Getting by with a little help from her friends.

Veil time... thinking Lindsay is getting a little nervous at this point.

A few portraits of the beautiful Lindsay...

Not sure which one I love more...

Big moment #1... Lindsay's dad sees her for the first time.

It's definitely a sweet moment.

Lovely ladies.

Lindsay making her way downstairs for a few more portraits...

Lindsay really wanted a "stairs" shot... ta-da!

With the girls.

Time to get ready to meet the groom!

Bundling up because, "baby it's cold outside!"

Meanwhile at Emmanuel Church...

Aha, here's our groom. The very handsome Scott, of Lindsay and Scott.

With the guys.

A classic by Trish... the originator of the artsy ring shot...
many have followed but few compare.

One more for good measure.

How fabulous and festive is this?!
Stay tuned... coming up next? The ceremony and sparkly formals!
